Issue with Saving Complete AI Prompts: Need Help Troubleshooting
Hi Team, sometimes when I input + save a detailed AI prompt, It only saves half the prompt (and just cuts out the other half). Any idea why this is happening?
This issue likely occurs because the prompt exceeds the default token limit. When a prompt is too long or complex, it may hit the budget limit for tokens allowed per row. To resolve this, you can edit your AI column and increase the "Clay Credit Budget" setting to accommodate larger prompts. This adjustment allows for processing longer and more complex prompts while maintaining full content preservation. Before implementing a large-scale prompt, it's recommended to test it first with a small sample of about 10 rows. This helps you identify and fix any issues, including prompt size limitations, before running it on your entire dataset.
