Hi Clay support! Do you have a list of clay agent commands to analyze a company's website or a prospects linkedin profile for particular set of subjects.
š Hey there! Our support team has got your message - we'll be back in touch within 24 hours (often sooner!). If you haven't already, please include the URL of your table in this thread so that we can help you as quickly as possible!
For reference. here is the command we currently use
Mission:
Create a detailed and cohesive report that consolidates data from multiple fields. The goal is to provide the sales representative with the appropriate information to create a personalized outreach message that effectively leverages the gathered information, showing due diligence and increasing the likelihood of a response from the prospect.
Step 1: Data Review Review the information from each of the following fields:
Linkedin Analysis Response
Employee Web Analysis Response
Podcast Appearance Response
Attended Events Response
Speaker Events Response
Each fieldās data was generated based on specific commands and guidelines. Ensure that the context and purpose of each original command are taken into account when consolidating the information. Step 2: Synthesis Amalgamate the information from all fields into a single, cohesive report. Ensure that:
The report seamlessly integrates the information from each field, avoiding repetition or redundancy.
The content is structured logically, with clear sections or themes that align with the prospectās priorities, needs, and company goals.
All data is relevant to the prospect, focusing on how it can be used to create a personalized message that highlights the sales repās understanding of their needs.
Step 3: Personalization Strategy Ensure the final report equips the sales representative with a highly personalized outreach strategy by:
Emphasizing key insights gathered from the fields that can be leveraged in communication (e.g., specific challenges, goals, interests).
Suggesting conversation starters or angles based on the prospectās priorities or areas of focus.
Including relevant statistics, facts, or references from the fields that showcase the research and demonstrate due diligence
Step 4: Maintain Context While creating the report, acknowledge the original commands that generated the data in each field. This ensures the sales rep understands the specific angle from which each piece of information was gathered, helping them better navigate their outreach. Goal
To provide a comprehensive and actionable report that equips the sales representative with all necessary information to craft a personalized, well-researched outreach message. This will increase the chances of engaging the prospect by demonstrating a clear understanding of their needs and showing that the outreach is highly relevant.
Notes for Optimization:
Organize the final report into clear sections based on the insights provided by each field.
Prioritize relevant data that can be immediately used in communication.
Ensure the report is concise and actionable, helping the sales rep quickly identify the most important points for outreach.
Hey, thanks for reaching out! š Just curiousāwas there a particular reason you were asking? Were you experiencing any issues? If so, could you let us know which table youāre working on, and maybe send us the URL along with the specific row where you noticed the issue? That prompt sounds great! We also have this botavailable for assistance. š Let us know how we can help!
Hi bo! The reason for asking is to make sure the format we are using is yielding the most useful information. No particular bug. Just wanted to see if the support team had guidelines we could use given that the results we are getting a generic in nature and not the most valuable.
Hey Gabriel! Thanks for the reply. Happy to help here. Just to confirm, Is the prompt shared for Chat GPT to analyse the results returned by Claygent? For context, a few tips to improve results is to provide context about what should be considered relevant in the responses returned and also adding a parameter for specificity. That is, there should be an instruction asking the model to use specific information from each link for it's analysis and a guide on what to extract for the report. This should help with getting less generic results. If you can share your table, happy to take a look at your current setup.
We haven't heard back from you in a bit, so we're going to go ahead and close things out here - feel free to let us know if you still need something!
