Issue with 50,000 Credits Usage After Contact Lookup in Clay

Evening Clay, We are having quite a large issue. I just purchased the 50,000 credits. And now i have none left after only looking up some contacts which it didn't even finish updating?! What I did was. I had a list of companies in a sheet (https://app.clay.com/workspaces/161420/tables/t_AxHsSWdEE9VX/views/gv_8ZEVKCvExXZm) and then a i went to find contacts from this table (I had not used any credits yet!) Then I pulled 5,000 contacts from that list (https://app.clay.com/workspaces/161420/tables/t_DwHi7zEvBxQL/views/gv_fGsWBYqQhfLg) It hasn't even finished uploading and has used all the credits? I dont understand what has happened here as that is not right! Regards

    Well, it depends on the enrichment you added. For example, here mobile is very expensive, so that might be why you are seeing this big number?! Were you always adding mobile before?

    No we weren't. I am wondering if we can recover those credits. As this has never happened before. I have always used this template and all of a sudden the credit usage on numbers has been increased. I am happy if we just completely scrap that list and start over.

    I haven't downloaded the list or anything so don't have any of the data
