My Instantly API call is returning "forbidden" anyone any idea why?:)
This error likely means you need to properly set up your Instantly API key in Clay. To resolve this:1. Make sure you have a valid Instantly API key (you can find this in Instantly's developer documentation at https://developer.instantly.ai/introduction) 2. Add your Instantly API key to Clay - this can be done within any Instantly enrichment panel. Source: Instantly integration overview | Clay University
It's weird cause validation says it works fine
Even if your API key validates successfully, a "forbidden" error can occur for several reasons:1. The API key might not have the necessary permissions for the specific action you're trying to perform 2. The API key might not be properly configured for the specific endpoint you're using 3. You need to ensure the API key is correctly added within the Instantly enrichment panel in ClayTo resolve this:1. Double-check that your API key is properly added in the Instantly enrichment panel 2. Verify that your API key has the correct permissions for the action you're trying to perform 3. Make sure the API key is active and properly configured for the specific endpointIf the issue persists after these checks, you may need to contact Instantly's support team to verify the specific permissions and endpoint access for your API key.
