I've received a lot of errors when trying to enrich emails by profile linkedin link, what is the issue here?

    Hey Jessica, sorry for the delay! I took a deeper dive into this one because there was another issue. In your case, I noticed the input in the Full Name field has the person's LI URL instead and that's causing the problem, it should only be the full name.I saw that this was the case for every email provider, so I corrected them for you and should work properly now

    Ok i misunderstood that input because I wanted to find the work email using the linkedin link but does Clay just find the email using the full name? It says optional so I didn't understand how Clay would be able to find the email

    That's a good point, and can see why it's confusing. When you setup the waterfall though, it's different and some input is necessary depending on the provider you select.If a provider accepts or does a decent job using LinkedIn URLs, then it'll show you an option to select the input type. Example:
