Easily Accessing Static PDF for Custom Content Creation

Hi There, I am looking for a simple way to access a pdf to use in creating content across multiple rows. The pdf will be static ( Resume) and I would like to use it to craft custom content for each row. Not sure if there is an easy way to use the same url across all my rows or any other way to get this done. Thanks in advance
