Error message when trying to run Icypeas account: Need help resolving this issue

Hi Guys, I connected my Icypeas account but when I try to run it I get this error message. Can someone help me resolve this problem?

Hi William F., it looks like there's an issue with your Icypeas auth. Just to be clear, if you are using your own credentials, username is your API key and password is your Secret Key. I would recommend removing your current auth account, double-checking your credentials and adding it again. Let me know if you are still running into issues after trying that!
