Troubleshooting Apollo CSV Enrichment: Why It Hangs and Solutions

I am trying to enrich a csv table using Apollo to get more information like company URL and work email. Apollo just hangs without providing a result, over 15 minutes now. I tried using an Apollo enrichment on a field I have run previously and it runs in seconds retrieving the same info as previously. I am only running a few individual rows manually right now, so it can’t be due to a large number of rows. Is there any known issues with Apollo hanging at times but not at others? Any solutions or workarounds?

Hi Art, thanks for reaching out! There currently aren't any known issues with Apollo actions running slowly. Did you happen to use the same Apollo enrichment on the field that ran instantly? It's possible if the csv has a lot of rows to enrich, this was causing the Apollo API key to run slowly. Do you mind sending the link to the table so we can take a look? It ran eventually. I was never trying to run the whole CSV, only a very small subset of rows. I had it hang for a while last week as well so thought there may be some issue. I know there are issues with timeouts when trying to run large number of enrichments.
