Troubleshooting Waterfall Error When Outputting Work Emails

Hi - I'm trying to run a simple waterfall to output work emails, but keep getting this error in the bottom right with no explanation of why it won't run. I have enough credits. Any ideas what the issue could be?

When a work email waterfall fails, there could be a few things happening: 1. The email might have been found but failed the validation check. By default, Clay uses ZeroBounce to validate emails, and the waterfall may continue running if an email fails validation. 2. To investigate the specific validation issues: โ€ข You can unhide the validation columns to see how the validation process is working โ€ข This will help you understand why certain emails aren't making it to the final columnIf you want to adjust the validation settings, you can modify how Clay handles catch-all emails. By default, catch-all emails are marked as valid, but you can enable the "only mark safe to send" option for a more conservative approach. To retry failed attempts: 1. Go to your first waterfall column 2. Use the "Run all rows that haven't run or have errors" option Sources: Enrich People (Waterfalls) [CRM Enrichment] - Clay University Enrich People (Waterfalls) [Automated Outbound] - Clay University

Check your column limits, the limit is 30 enrichment columns per table so if your existing enrichment columns + total waterfall columns are more than 30 then this could be one of the reasons
