I want to extract the state from either the title or the body from the webscrape.

Got it to work for HomeAdvisor site but not yelp or bbb as you can see and sometimes it's pulling llc, inc. and other things instead of state

the hard part of this is extracting the two letter state code from the body text with just a formula
