Request for Assistance: Upgrading from Explorer to Pro Plan

Hi can someone help me upgrade from Explorer to Pro - I just upgraded to 14,000 credits on Pro and started a new cycle - but would like to move to Pro to have access to the CRM - and want to avoid paying double
