This issue could be occurring due to data provider limitations and privacy restrictions. Our data providers don't use active sessions or cookies to scrape LinkedIn data live, which means they can only access publicly available information.When using phone number enrichment, make sure you're providing the correct input format. For LinkedIn URLs, they must be full URLs including https:// (e.g., https://www.linkedin.com/in/username/). Note that LinkedIn Sales Navigator links are not supported for this type of enrichment.If you continue experiencing issues, you may want to try different enrichment providers available in Clay, as each provider has different data coverage and strengths.

Hi Muhammad, thank you for reaching out. This appears to be a bug, which I will report to the engineering team. However, at the end of the waterfall, I have created a column that merges the phone numbers found in the first enrichment with the ones found in the later enrichment, giving you a correct output to the waterfall. Although I will be reporting this as a glitch, this column should give you a temporary solution to this issue!
