Hey Arturo, Yeah I created multiple Clay Accounts for some projects with freelancers because I did not want them to get access to my subscribed Account. Did not know that was against your guidelines, sorry for that. I was an Explorer User but then canceled because I did not use clay for a few month. Now I am active again and would like to continue using clay on the Explorer Plan again. tbh I can't remember which of these accounts where my main account. Maybe you could check on your side which account got a paid subscription in the past?

Hey Daniela, thanks a lot. It worked for like 1 week and I upgraded my account (tom.wischler@meineleads.de). But now I wanted to log in and got blocked again. I really did not create any more accounts. Is there a way to prevent this from happening and for you setting my account free?
