Challenges Finding LinkedIn Profiles Using Find People Action

When I use the "Find people" enrichment action, even though I push a linkedin company URL and give the exact naming of a job title/headline, I still cannot find the person although they actually exist in the company, how come ?

This limitation could occur for a few reasons: 1. Data Provider Limitations: Our data providers don't use active sessions or cookies to scrape LinkedIn data live. Some LinkedIn fields are only visible when logged in, which can affect the search results. 2. Search Query Format: When using the Find People enrichment, make sure to: • Include spaces between inputs (like a normal Google search) • Consider using Google search operators like 'intitle:' to improve accuracy • Format your search query with both the person's information and company details 3. Company URL Type: For better results, use the company's social URL rather than their domain. Company social URLs typically link to more rich information in our database, leading to greater and more accurate data.If you're still unable to find the person, you may need to try different search query combinations or ensure you're using the most up-to-date company social URL. Hey Morane The Find People action has limitations when searching for employees. Sometimes people might have different privacy restrictions on LinkedIn, or their profiles might not be considered as real. Our providers use a lot of different variations but don't use your session cookies so aren't able to access data at the same freshness as you.
