How to Upload and Organize a LinkedIn Scraped Company Lead List

I have a csv lead list of a bunch of companies I scraped from LinkedIn, when I choose the company csv upload template on clay it creates a super unorganized lead list with random information everywhere. Could someone help me understand how to upload the lead list in an organized matter.
