Here are several ways to optimize your search for municipal decision makers: 1. Location Parameters: • Use specific address inputs for more precise targeting • Adjust the search radius to ensure comprehensive coverage of NY state 2. Refine Your Search: • Iterate through your filters and preview results to ensure alignment with your criteria • Remove overly restrictive limits that might exclude relevant municipalities • Adjust headcount ranges or other filters if your list seems too narrow 3. Take advantage of the improved people search features: • Use the auto-query function for similar job titles (e.g., "city manager" will include related titles) • Toggle "Exact Keyword Match" if you need precise title matching • Search by job function to find people in specific municipal departments • The enhanced location search will automatically include relevant regions when you search for "New York"

Hey there, thanks for sharing the table. It looks like the column order is a bit different from the chronological workflow, but it sounds like you... - imported a list of cities - set up some AI columns to find the relevant sites/contacts From a high level, the workflow makes sense. Could you tell me a bit more about the goal, what you are trying to optimize for? An initial thought I had is to update the website prompt to ignore Wikipedia and chamber of commerce sites, and to prefer .gov as a positive signal. I think you're off to a great start there!

We’re trying to find decision makers at the municipality level. Our product is for parks and rec so we first look for parks and rec decision makers (typiclaly directors of parks and rec) and if that can’t be found we look for decision makers at the city level (city administrator, city mayor, city council, etc.). Can you show me how to make the website prompt ignore wikipedia/chamber of commerce sites and prefer .gov as a positive single?

I would just add that to the prompt in plain language.
