When I pull the Tech Stack from Apollo, I receive an error saying "Whoops! This value can not be converted to this column's data type (Text)". What am I doing wrong?
Nevermind again, I was able to click on Apollo Enrich Company cell, choose tech stack, then there was an option to list tech suite separated by commas
Here's a link to one of the two main data tables I am trying to work through in clay. https://app.clay.com/workspaces/211664/tables/t_EBdU9AslgJTY/views/gv_PB7dYgW1mOLc I would really appreciate some guidance here. What I am trying to accomplish here is as follows:
Extract from the notes column the email address, phone number, Name, Title, and domain if applicable
Extract domain from any email addresses pulled from the notes column
If notes column mentions a time that was requested to follow up, extract from the column when a previous colleague said he would follow up.
If Notes Column mentions what type of service offering the POC expressed interest in, extract just that phrase.
From the extracted domain (from the email address, from the notes column) use Apollo integration to pull Industry and short description and SEO description
Search the short description and SEO description for key services that they offer
Use AI to finish a sentence (I.E. like your video of "I was on your site and saw you...", but have multiple input columns with possibly a LOT of text) based off of the company industry, SEO description(Apollo data), and Short Description (Apollo data)
Use AI to write a second short sentence based off of data extracted from notes column (When they asked to be followed up and what services they were interested in.)
The list has 4090 POC's that have been previously contacted by a previous employee. The Notes column can sometimes contain up to 10 emails in a thread, and then contact info, and then more notes, all in one cell. If there is a Summarize function available, it would also be very helpful for the notes column.
I can probably use "extract values from data" for the Notes column, however I can't find any Clay Guides that explain what a "Regex Pattern" is or how to write one for the Custom (Advanced) extraction type.
Hey there Joseph sorry for the delay. There is any integration called "Extract URLs and Emails from Text" which can pull the emails and domains for you. The "Find Keywords" integration could also possible help here with specific keywords. "Use AI" integration can be used to find names from bodies of texts and if properly prompted could do more. Here are three of the most helpful videos that can help explain core features of Clay: • This quick demo video showing how customers go from 0 to 1 in Clay • This B2B prospecting guide is a whole resource on the Clay philosophy of outbound • This AI for sales guide is a resource specifically focused on AI in Clay We also have a lot of custom content and videos at https://www.clay.com/learn
