Acquiring Lead Lists Based on Tech Stack: Steps to Follow

·
·

Hey guys, if my goal is to get a lead list based on a specific tech stack, it sounds like i have to..

  1. 1.

buy a list of websites with builtwith

  2. 2.

Enrich that website list in clay to give me prospect emails

Is that correct?

Hi, Joel. If you want to do this using all Clay credits, I would use the “Find Companies from LinkedIn” table template to start, and use some broader criteria to get a larger list of companies, and then use the “tech stack” enrichment waterfall to get the tech stack for each company to filter down that list. It’s a good number of credits, but no builtwith required.

From there you can filter the table for leads that contain the tech you’re searching for and use the “find people from companies” to create a new table from inside that existing table to get a list of individuals from those target companies.

thanks Greg H., was considering that option too. I guess at that point, its the difference between more credits on Clay or a builtwith license at AUD$450/month
