Run Tech Stack Query Based on Identifier Value in Table

I'm trying to run a column on the condition that one of the two columns I'm enriching has a value. This is the table: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/346206/tables/t_RsQdpXkCDrH2/views/gv_VH9VjXGBJkZm . So basically I just want to run tech stack query if tech stack identifier has a value

Hi Mark! Thank you for reaching out. Could you please specify what you mean? My understanding is that you would like to only run the column "Tech stack Queries" if the column "Tech Stack" has a value. I am unsure about which other column you would like to check before running "tech stack queries", could you please specify? Thank you for your time.
