Ensuring Duplicate Lead Checks When Uploading to Instantly from Clay

When uploading to Instantly a manual excel, there was a button that lets you check if a lead is in the tool in another campaign (double check duplicates). When uploading leads to Instantly from Clay, how do you ensure this check is conducted as well (and ideally in a similar way that is quick and effective)?
