Hi Clay Support, I’m trying to upgrade my account to the Explorer 10,000 credits plan, but I keep getting an error message when I attempt to do so. I’m curious what might be causing this, and I’d really appreciate your help in resolving it so I can complete the upgrade. Thanks in advance!

To upgrade your account to the Explorer 10,000 credits plan, follow these steps: 1. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner and select "Settings" 2. Navigate to "Plans & billing" in the left sidebar 3. Click "Change plan" 4. Select the Explorer plan and review the details 5. Click "Upgrade" If you're still encountering an error, try these troubleshooting steps: 1. Refresh the page and attempt the upgrade again 2. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then retry 3. Try using a different browser If the issue persists, click on "Talk to a person" for human assistance. We'll be happy to help you resolve the problem and complete your upgrade.
