My other thread is entirely separate from this - I opened it before the weekend and that issue is not resolved but I need to follow up with more information to resolve it which I plan to do before EOD

This may be a small duplication issue with how we funnel requests through our support systems. What was the issue you asked about earlier this weekend? I'll try to look into this here.
