Hi, re: Importing job posts - I get this every time I edit the source manually, and I have to manually remove it every time - or the preview/update fails (as it's only looking within those 7 companies I believe). I just set up the new scheduling feature. My concern is that it will just fail every week due to this. Pls confirm it will work ok.
Example table where I set up the schedule: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/273614/workbooks/wb_o4TeBX5ZsRZx/tables/t_e4ZTKGSN7Ddu/views/gv_9MSpWWHsDF2d
The scheduled source feature will run your job post searches at the frequency you specify (daily, weekly, or monthly). However, it's important to note that when you manually edit a source, you should test the search using the preview button before importing to ensure the results are what you expect. This helps avoid issues with the search parameters and ensures the scheduled runs will work correctly. If you're experiencing consistent issues with the source after manual edits, it's recommended to: 1. Preview the search results before saving changes 2. Verify the search parameters are correct 3. Test a manual run after setting up the scheduleIf you continue experiencing issues with the scheduled runs, you should request human support to investigate the specific problem with your setup. Hi, more on this: please see my video for full details.
Hey Andreas! Hope you doing great! I know we have the scheduled actions/columns coming up soon, which should be rolled out in January/February, although we don't have an exact release date just yet! You can already schedule sources like "Find People" or "Find Jobs"! In the meantime, if you're interested in the workaround for a specific use case/ limited set of data points, here's how you can go about it: 1. Set up a webhook scheduler in Table A. You can utilize services like make.com, n8n, zapier, crontap (which appears to be free), and other automation tools to trigger a webhook to a table. 2. When a new row webhook is received in Table A, a new row is created, triggering the write to another table integration with your entries. This will result in them being written in Table B. 3. Once Table B has received the data, the integration columns will be activated. If there's anything else I can assist you with, please let me know! ๐ Have a great day, Daniel
