Where can I actually find the “company_record_id”?

Is this populated from the search, or is it related to the company table? I can see it here, but curious where it comes from

Hey Jack, this is a backend Id that helps connect the tables and use that column as a Lookup, pulling data from your company table to your people table.

It's not a live sync, but you can always re-run it to make it fetch any updates! :)

Is there any way to change the terms of the search? Or will it have to be done with a separate search

For Find People? No way for now, but we've brought it up recently. A separate search is the best way for now
