Automated Methods to Track New Restaurants by Location

Hey everyone, Has anyone found a way to find/automatically scrape newly opened restaurants in a specific area? Ideally, we’d like to track them weekly or monthly. I was considering sources like Google Maps, TripAdvisor, Yelp, or Instagram, but haven’t found a solid method yet. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Hey Nicolas, thanks for the message and inquiry! Will let others jump in here if they have any recommendations. However, what comes to mind right now is to have scraping tools you can schedule to run on a regular basis to check for new results such as Apify.com which has scrapers for Google Maps and many other sites. You can then auto-import them into Clay to enrich further if needed. Another idea, depending if they have a feed for that, RSS feeds continuously share news with you if you enable the option. If there's a feed tracking newcomers in that industry then it would show you the article. Hope that helps!
