Salesforce Lookup Record Function Bug: Website Match Issue

Hey Clay support team, running into a bug with my Salesforce lookup record function. Trying to find an account by website match (something I've done plenty of times before) but getting "no records found" when there is definitely an account with the same website. Tried it on tons of rows and they all return the same error when it shouldn't First time its running into this issue so unsure if there is an error with our SFDC integration or something else

    There could be a few reasons why the Salesforce lookup record function is returning "no records found" for an existing account: 1. Exact Match setting: Check if the "Exact Match" option is enabled. If it is, the search will look for an exact match in all search fields, which might be too restrictive. 2. Search criteria: Ensure that the website field is correctly specified as the search field and that the input matches the format in Salesforce exactly. 3. Partial matching: By default, Clay uses a "contains" search. If the website in Salesforce doesn't exactly match your input, try using partial matching. If the issue persists, you may want to try the SOQL query option for more precise control over the search criteria.
