Troubleshooting Clay and Salesforce Integration: Blank Report Data Issue

Hello! i have a question connected to the Clay & Salesforce integrations. overall i already worked with some basic functionality and it seems to be working, but when i pick the "import the report data" Clay does not pull any information from SF into the table and it's just all left blank. why so? is this a problem on my end or rather the salesfroce side? thank you for the help in advance!

Hey Bohdan, thanks for reaching out! If Clay isn’t pulling any data from Salesforce into the table, there are a few possible reasons to look into: 1. Report Size: If the report you’re trying to import has more than 2,000 records, that could be the issue. Salesforce has a limit of 2,000 records per report, so anything beyond that won't import into Clay. 2. Permissions: Another potential issue could be with your Salesforce account permissions. If the permissions aren’t correctly set, Clay might not be able to access the data. You can check Salesforce’s roles and permissions for importing and exporting here: Salesforce Importing and Exporting Roles and Permission Info I’d recommend double-checking these two things.
