Hey team, the data in our tables w/Reddit signals as the input source is not getting updated even after tweaking the parameters. (I replaced the subreddits w/entirely new ones to verify the same and rerun it multiple times How do I solve this?
When you change Reddit source parameters, the table won't automatically update with new data. You need to delete and re-run the step or duplicate the table with updated source settings to see results. For the missing columns issue in your new workbook, this suggests the Reddit source configuration may be different between tables. Check that all input parameters (keywords, subreddits, time period, max results) match your original setup.
Hi Ishika - thanks so much for reaching out and for your patience here!
Totally understand how frustrating this must be. Do you mind sending over the table link so I can take a closer look?
A couple of things to keep in mind that might help with troubleshooting:
** Reddit Signals tend to work best with single-word keywords - multi-word phrases like "enterprise AI roadmap"
often don’t return results due to how Reddit’s search handles spaces and phrasing.
** Subreddit names also have a 21-character limit, so longer or slightly misspelled subreddit names may silently cause issues.
If your setup doesn’t fall into these buckets and you’re still seeing problems - especially around missing columns like subtext
- I’d be more than happy to dig into the table directly and help get it working as expected. Just send the link when you can!
Hi Ishika - would be happy to help you troubleshoot here if you could send your table across to see what's going wrong
