I just lots a ton of work as I didn't understand how something worked Had just run a ton of Enrichments on Companies, some I had LI, some I had Websites. I then used Merge Cols produce a set of normalised outfields I had expected that having run an enrichment, and merged the output into a new column, if you then put the Enrichment behind a conditional (and it didn't trigger) that would not LOOSE all the data that you had paid the credits to get. How would I construct something that would make it work this way, it's painful if you have run the enrichments but then loose the data.

Hi Ian M., happy to help you with this. One follow up question -- what was the condition set for your conditional formula? Curious why you chose to implement it after merging your columns

Hi Anjali, am out at the moment but wanted to respond as promptly as possible Thanks for offering to help. How will this work, will you add credits to my account or will you somehow re-run the enrichments without debit to my account. The table I am working on is a “workflow” table designed to deal with many input circumstances eg company name, website or company URL As I was using it, I realised I needed some control over if various enrichments ran ( a good example is find domain based on name has a high error rate ( wrong site ) so needed to put a manual step ( Col) where after eyeballing the previous steps I could manually trigger the subsequent steps. I made the “Run” Col, put in the conditional logic, which meant that the enrichment that had run before now did not meet the run condition. And was horrified to see all my data disappear!!! Maybe I can ask what was the thinking at Clay to implement thus so data users had retrieved (and paid for) would be deleted . Seems an odd design choice! Also how do I code around this so once I run an enrichment it remains no matter what.

Hi Ian M., our tables are designed to auto-run when new information is inputted for efficiency and to spare you from having to constantly rerun. In the future, I would recommend running enrichments for only a few rows to begin with, that way you can get a better sense of things you might want to change before burning through credits by running the entire table all at once. I also don't see your column with the conditional formula anymore -- can you direct me to it?
