Bug Report: Recent Hires Tracker Forgetting Title Filters

Hey team, I am now running into this bug for the 3rd time. When I set up a "Recent Hires Tracker" on an account list, and it is forgetting my title filters. As you can see in the screenshot below, it says "15 filters" but there are no filters available when I go back to the list so I can't edit them. Our team is continuously working on improving our app, including addressing issues like the one you're experiencing with the "Recent Hires Tracker." In the meantime, you might want to try setting up the new hire signal again. Here's how: 1. Click "Actions" and then "Monitor for new hires" 2. Select your target companies 3. Filter by job title (e.g., "software engineer") 4. You'll get a list of people hired at those companies within the last three months Could you please provide more details about when you first noticed this issue and if it's affecting all your account lists or just this specific one?
