I am having issues with Clay not connecting to my OpenAI API key. It keeps giving me the error that the rate limit isn't enough, even though I've funded the account and the account is 30+ days old at this point. And Clay should be able to still run some of the cells without a higher rate limit. I think this is an error/glitch on Clay's backend. Can I get support on this?
The rate limit error you're experiencing is likely due to insufficient token per minute (TPM) rates for your OpenAI API key, rather than a backend issue with Clay. For reliable use of OpenAI in Clay, you need 30,000 TPM for ChatGPT columns and 450,000 TPM for Claygent. To resolve this: 1. Check your API usage tier at https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/limits 2. Verify your current limits at https://platform.openai.com/account/limits 3. If needed, upgrade to a tier 2 API key following instructions at https://community.openai.com/t/how-to-move-up-in-usage-tiers/677788 If you've made changes and still see issues, update your API key in Clay and try again. you're right. OpenAI confirmed it's a glitch on their end. THX!
