How often is data pulled in from HubSpot and how do I force an update?
HubSpot active lists update automatically according to their specific list schedules. To check the update frequency for a particular list: 1. Navigate to Sources in the data import column 2. Select your HubSpot sourceTo get the most recent data immediately, you can manually refresh your table by using the "Update Now" option. This will pull in the latest updates from HubSpot and refresh your current table.
will it cost me more credits to refresh my current table or will it only run updates for the recently added items?'
When you refresh your table, Clay will automatically enrich any new rows that have been added. To manage credit usage effectively, you can control this by using the auto-update settings: 1. For individual columns: Go to "Run Settings" and toggle the Auto-Update button 2. For entire tables: Click the three dots next to your table name and select "Auto-Update Columns"If you want to prevent unnecessary credit usage while building or updating your table, it's recommended to turn off auto-update. You can turn it back on when you're ready to enrich new entries. Source: Guide: Ways to save Clay credits | Documentation | Clay University
Hey Nicole, thanks for reaching out. Data is pulled in from HubSpot by default on a 24hr basis. The action of pulling leads in from HubSpot will not cost any credits. However, if there are other enrichments downstream of this action that could be automatically triggered, this would cost credits if those enrichments ran. To force update your contacts from HubSpot, you can click on the HubSpot contact column header, hover over "sources" and click on the source you're importing. Then in the side modal you can click "Update Now". This is shown in the video below, the UI may look a bit different as we're working on a few new updates to push. ;) There are a few ways you can prevent enrichments from running as shown below. * Table Level: Click the logo in the bottom-right corner of the screen and selecting 'Turn off Table'. This will prevent any rows from running automatically until the table is turned back on. (as shown in image one) * Column Level: Alternatively, to pause updates at the column level, click the column header, go to the column settings, scroll to the bottom of the menu, and toggle off 'Auto-Update' in 'run settings' (as shown in image two) Hope this helps! Let me know how else I can assist. :) https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1279871669/30a682334022ff0079556a818a29/CleanShot%2B2024-12-06%2Bat%2B11_54_23-402x.png?expires=1738343700&signature=0e58427708315cde61f76d295413b561e7d80d002d2eec2b696183fcfade4a33&req=dSIgH8F5nIdZUPMW1HO4zUuXeN1GQqsOyERqJ7nXl9HuDA%3D%3D%0A https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1279871668/bceeb1a6c917e35638a577bcae4b/CleanShot%2B2024-12-06%2Bat%2B11_55_55-402x.png?expires=1738343700&signature=381323ccb3e908032960aae29f2c00a47ea0d17be920bff45bd582bcda17968f&req=dSIgH8F5nIdZUfMW1HO4zb%2BUWaLczNIVeTBmpK0ygkzkNw%3D%3D%0A
