Effective Ways to Find People in the POS Space for Restaurants and Bars

Hey everyone, howdy, we've got a client in the POS space for restaurants and bars, and the companies they're targeting rarely have their people saying they work at that company on their linkedin or apollo. Anyone know any suggestions or ways you've seen a way to find people in this industry? Thoughts and ways I've started to look into: (starting) Using appify to find people on their Instagram accounts. (Started) Using AI/Claygent to search for the owners/GMs/etc. and then doing a perform google search on that name +linkedin. For context, I've got the bar name, address, and enrich for the domain (which is about 75%-90% accurate). Idk if this is jus them but they say this is always the struggle in this industry, hoping a few clay tables could crack the code for them. Thanks in advance,
