Troubleshooting LinkedIn Post URL Column Issues for Automation

I have a column with valid LinkedIn post URLs (https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:…). Pasting a URL directly into the enrichment works, but when I try to select a column for Post URLs, it always says “No matching columns found”. I’ve tried:

URL-typed columns
Activity ID (URN) columns
Entity columns populated with the URNs

None of them show up in the selector. Goal: run this enrichment automatically for many rows instead of pasting URLs one by one. Is there a specific LinkedIn Post–typed column or enrichment this expects? much thanks guys!

The enrichment expects either the full post URL or just the URN format. Try these steps:
1.
Use the "Mention URL or URN" field - Our enrichments accept both formats: • Full URL: https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:share:7304911929980903426/ • Just the URN: urn:li:share:7304911929980903426 [1]
2.
Check your column data type - Make sure your column contains the complete URL with https:// or the proper URN format
3.
Try referencing the column dynamically - Instead of selecting from the dropdown, you can reference your URL column directly using our dynamic data referencing [2]
The "No matching columns found" usually means the column format isn't recognized as a valid URL/URN input. Can you share what your URL column data looks like exactly?

1: I have both and not one was recognized. Full URL is with URL type. URN is with text type. 2: yes and done. 3: I can't select from the dropdown as it doesnt recognize any column

That's frustrating—the dropdown should recognize your columns. Try manually typing your column reference instead of using the dropdown. In the "Mention URL or URN" field, type / followed by your column name to reference it directly. [1]
If that doesn't work, check that your URLs match the exact format: https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:share:7304911929980903426/ or just the URN: urn:li:share:7304911929980903426.
The enrichment accepts both formats but may be picky about exact formatting.

Tried to manual reference it and it didn't work. Also im sure my urls and urn match the exact format

João Instead of Get Interaction with professional posts.... do Get Likes(or Comments) with professional posts and it will work properly.

Perfect! You're right—use "Get reactions on a professional post" or "Get a person's professional post comments" instead. These enrichments accept Post URLs directly and should recognize your column properly. [1]
The "Get interactions with professional posts" enrichment appears to have different column recognition requirements than the individual reaction/comment enrichments. [2]
