I'm wondering why some companies here sending to table, when they shouldn't be. How often is this updated? For example, in the table "companies to be enriched" line 5197, "Dewey & LeBoeuf", says it is not sent to table (which is correct), but when I check the table "Law Firms", it is there. https://app.clay.com/workspaces/339088/workbooks/wb_0syu7wh4DdRoDXTnWt6/tables/t_0syu8o4KC6NbiRqwNvA/views/gv_0syu8o4ckEm6UrYQEip
Our company data refresh rates vary by provider - some update daily/weekly, while the slowest refresh rate is 3 months. This timing difference between data sources could explain why "Dewey & LeBoeuf" appears in your "Law Firms" table despite being marked as not sent in "companies to be enriched." We recommend using the "enrich company" action for the most updated data, as it retrieves information instantly from providers rather than relying on batched database updates.
Hi Nicole! Thanks for reaching out, let me take a look.
Thank you for flagging this Nicole! I checked your run condition and to see if there could have been a duplicate of "Dewey & LeBoeuf". Everything looks good there, so Clay shouldn't have sent this row to the "Law Firms" table as you pointed out.
It looks like we've got a bug on our hands. I am going to escalate this to our engineering team to help look into it. We'll follow up here as soon as we know more. Thank you for your patience!
Thank you. The whole point to start with that step was to not run enrichments in the next table on Law Firms for the ones that were no longer in business. I did run quite a few and didn't notice they were on there until after. Can those credits please be refunded?
Yes of course! Let me go into admin.
Hi Nicole, I was able to refund 25,000 credits into your account. Thank you and let me know if you have additional questions!
Hi. I'm still making sure there was a resolution here so it does not keep pulling in companies I do not want it to.
Hi Nicole! Thank you for the followup. I was thinking about your problem this morning, and by any chance did you change the conditions for running 'send table data' sometime after running send table data?
I am currently trying to reproduce your table and problem to make sure that unnecessary companies aren't pulled. Will keep you posted, thank you!
Hi Nicole! Just following up, we haven’t heard back so we’ll go ahead and close out this ticket for now. If anything else comes up or you need further help, please don’t hesitate to reach back out. We're always here to help!
Hi! Checking in here that I am not charged on an ongoing basis? I'm not sure if I've updated run conditions
Hey Nicole! Thanks for reaching out! Do you mind sharing if this is in the same workbook you had shared earlier in the conversation? Happy to take a look here for you. :)
Thanks! Let me take a look at your hubspot columns and your table credit consumption!
Hi Nicole! I took a look, and it looks like you spent around 5.52k credits yesterday. I noticed that auto-update is currently turned on for your table. This would be the only place where you could be potentially charged for an ongoing basis. So if any upstream cells (earlier in the table) get updated, it can automatically trigger updates in the downstream columns. Clay uses credits each time it enriches new rows or syncs records in your table
I also wanted to note that any cells that show "run condition not met" don’t actually consume credits, so you won’t be charged for those.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have more questions. :) - Natalie
Hi Nicole, thanks for reaching out! How can I help?
