Troubleshooting CRM Import Errors in Close.io

I have a few contacts that I am trying to import back into our CRM (Close.io) but I am getting back errors. It isn't showing me whats wrong either so i have no clue how to fix it. Any help?

    Go to settings <> custom fields <> and find out what format/data type this field is expecting. 

    custom.cf_QLRFE7Dnt0BXIjzsWhjWD9Sdc8K0MzuQ8eHufTd30Sr

    The issue is you are trying to send a wrong data type to this field.

    Yup, I have no clue whats wrong. Can we hop on a call and talk about about the exporting process? This is a big piece for us before we buy.
