The discrepancy you're seeing is likely due to how search limits work in our system. While you've set a limit of 40 contacts per company, the preview may show more results than what will actually be imported. When you apply a limit, it affects the final import rather than the initial search results. So even if you see more than 40 contacts per company in the preview, the actual import will respect your set limit. To ensure you're only getting 40 contacts per company, double-check your search filter settings before importing. If you still see more than 40 contacts after import, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" for further investigation.
