I ran a list of people and itās only pulling 50 into my table. I didnāt put a limit on it. Suggestions?
Even without setting an explicit limit, your search may have hidden restrictions applied. Check your search filter settings for any limits per company - this is a common cause where previews show more results than actually import. You can set either a total limit on search results or a limit per company, and each search source has maximum results it can pull into a table. Review your "Find People" search configuration to identify and adjust any applied restrictions before re-importing.
Clay defaults to 50 results per run unless you increase it. Click into your Find People step under Advanced Settings, change āMax resultsā to a higher number (e.g. 100, 500, etc.), then re-run.
You're correct! The default limit can restrict results even when no explicit limit is set. You can set either a total limit on search results or a limit per company in your Find People search configuration. Check your Advanced Settings in the Find People step and increase the "Max results" number, then re-run to get more than the default 40-50 results.
Go to Edit Column Max results Change from 50 to 100+ then re-run
You're absolutely right! To increase your results beyond the default limit: 1. Click on your Find People column to edit it 2. Go to Advanced Settings or look for Limit Results 3. Change the Max results from 50 to your desired number (100, 500, etc.) 4. Re-run the search You can set either a total limit on search results or a limit per company. Each search source has maximum results it can pull into a table.
