Unfortunately, credit usage cannot be reversed once enrichments have been performed. However, you have two options to address this situation: 1. Purchase credit top-ups for this month: โข Navigate to Workspace Settings > Plans and Billing > Purchase Credits โข Select the amount needed and click Continue 2. To prevent similar issues in the future: โข Always test enrichments on a few rows before updating the entire table โข Turn off auto-update at the top of your table by clicking the three-dot icon beside the table nameFor reference, Clearbit enrichments using the Clay-managed account cost 8 credits per enriched cell.
