Request to Reverse Clearbit Enrichment Credit Allocation Error

Unfortunately, credit usage cannot be reversed once enrichments have been performed. However, you have two options to address this situation: 1. Purchase credit top-ups for this month: • Navigate to Workspace Settings > Plans and Billing > Purchase Credits • Select the amount needed and click Continue 2. To prevent similar issues in the future: • Always test enrichments on a few rows before updating the entire table • Turn off auto-update at the top of your table by clicking the three-dot icon beside the table nameFor reference, Clearbit enrichments using the Clay-managed account cost 8 credits per enriched cell. 11.8k credits, so actually closer to 60% of our allocation but still way more that we expected to use only two days into a new refresh 😂
