Troubleshooting a Merge Column Issue: Blank Text Instead of Email in Row 7

Got a problem - in a merge column, it’s pulling in a blank text instead of pulling in the actual email from a later response in a waterfall. Could you check my column “Merged: Email” and look at Row 7
