Since we've obviously had a massive outage of Clay services over the last 2-3 days, is there any plan to extend our plans and services so we can continue our work which was affected?
Our Terms of Service include a downtime credit policy: if Clay is unavailable for more than 6 hours, we credit 5% of applicable fees for each 6-hour period of downtime, with a maximum of one credit per day.
Credits are applied to your next payment (no refunds issued) and won't exceed one week's worth of fees per calendar month.If you need further assistance regarding downtime credits, request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."
