Hey! I'm sending job_offers in a company_table in Clay. I have a AI column that that categorises the department concerned. Is it possible de trigger "Find People" search depending of the department? Exemple:
Raw 1 > Job offer 1 > position for Marketing > Search Marketing Managers in specific table (table_marketing)
Raw 2 > Job offer 2 > position for Sales > Search Sales Managers in specific table (table_sales)
It'd be amazing as I could send the good lead to the good outreach campaign (with a specific copywriting 🙂)
👋 Hey there! Our support team has got your message - we'll be back in touch within 24 hours (often sooner!). If you haven't already, please include the URL of your table in this thread so that we can help you as quickly as possible!
Hey there thanks for reaching out, to clarify here, are these job offers both starting from the same table and then depending on the title involved they will get sent to either a marketing people table or sales people table correct? Or do you want the starting table with the offers to create a new table depending on the job title, so it will either create the marketing table or the sales table.
Here is the flow:
Get job_offers from Mantiks
Iterate on the JSON with Make or n8n
Send date to Clay
With AI Agent, read the job_offer_desc and tell me which department following the given list is concerned by the position (marketing or sales par example)
If Sales → Create a new contact table and find people: Head of Sales, CRO, etc
If Marketing → Create a new contacts table and find people: Head of Marketing, Growth Lead, etc.
Everyday, i'll have new job_offers then it will find new contacts everyday too. The objectif is to push these contacts to specific lemlist campaigns.
Hey, thanks for clarifying! 😊 Yes, the Claygent should have “select” outputs with 3 choices: Sales, Marketing, or N/A (or more depending on your needs). You’ll run that and let it make the selection. From there: 1. Create a “Find People” search that fits your criteria, save it in a new table. 2. Repeat the same for the other search. 3. Go back to your main table and add conditional logic based on the selections. Once set up, every time a new lead comes through, it’ll trigger based on your specific needs. Let me know if you need further assistance! 😊
We haven't heard back from you in a bit, so we're going to go ahead and close things out here - feel free to let us know if you still need something!
