Hey Team, Is find recent linkedin post feature not working? I am not getting the option.

This feature is available as an import source and as an action/enrichment column in Clay to find recent professional posts from people. If you're not seeing this option, it's possible you're looking in the wrong place. Here's what you can do: 1. Check if you can use it as an import source to find posts by specific individuals. 2. Look for it as an action/enrichment column to get posts, comments, shares, and likes from users and specific posts. If you still can't find or use this feature, it might be a technical issue. In that case, you may want to request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" for further help.

This feature allows you to retrieve recent social media posts associated with a specific company profile. Alternatively, you can use the "Social Posts" feature in Clay. While it's primarily designed for finding posts from individual profiles, you might be able to use it for company posts as well. You can try using it as an import source or as an action/enrichment column to get posts, comments, shares, and likes. If you need more data or can't find what you're looking for, consider using Claygent, our built-in AI research tool with web access. Using advanced AI models like Argon or OpenAI's GPT 4o with Claygent might yield better results for finding company posts.

    Hi Zaid, thank you for reaching out! The new enrichment is called "Social Posts", and it allows you to extract public posts made by a contact, along with additional engagement data such as who liked or interacted with the post (when available). To access it, head to "Add Enrichment" in your workflow, then search for and select "Social Posts" from the list.
