Troubleshooting OpenAI API Integration Limit Issues

I'm having an issue with the OpenAi Api integration. It says that I need to increase my limits but my limit is already at $120. There is no information on what I should increase my limit to either

For reliable use of OpenAI in Clay, you need specific token per minute (TPM) limits rather than just a spending limit. The requirements are: ** 30,000 TPM for ChatGPT columns ** 450,000 TPM for ClaygentYou'll need to upgrade to a tier 2 API key to meet these requirements.
