I want to select 140 items(quickly), save as a table 1
I want to select next 140 items, save to table 2
and so on

That’s expected behavior since the data provider has to fetch fresh results. For splitting the table into chunks (like 140 rows each), you can create filtered views by selecting ranges, then use Send Table Data to move each group into a new table.
