Hi I'm learning more and more about Clay every day and I running low on credits. I have email a few accounts to see if as a student and documenting and posting on LinkedIn about what I'm doing could get some credits but I havent heard back. I saw a few people offering Clay users 30k credits and things like that.
We don't typically provide free credits for content creation, but we can consider temporary access and one-time credits for specific marketing campaigns or use cases. To explore this, you can email social@clay.com with your content idea and desired access. For additional credits, you have a few options: 1. Purchase credit top-ups, which cost 50% more than your plan's typical credit cost. 2. Upgrade your plan for more monthly credits. 3. Use our referral program: earn 3,000 credits for each person who signs up and activates a paying workspace using your referral link. If you need further assistance, please request to speak with a human agent in this conversation.
I actually email social 2 days ago. Still waiting. Thanks
We typically process applications for temporary access and one-time credits on a case-by-case basis, which can take up to a month as we review them in batches. While waiting, we encourage you to continue building tables and creating content. If your situation has significantly changed, you can resubmit your application. To potentially expedite the process, ensure your email clearly outlines your content idea and desired access. If you need further assistance, please request to speak with a human agent in this conversation.
