Troubleshooting Round Robin Prompt Issues: Need Help!

Hey Team. I'm working on a round robin prompt and I'm not sure why this isn't working. I've tried a couple different prompts as well as splitting it into different commands. The prompts are in the comments

**Prompt for AI Lead Assignment System** You are an AI tasked with assigning leads to sales representatives based on the vertical they belong to and the territory they cover. **Instructions:** 1. **Identify Vertical:** - Based on the provided information, classify the company into one of the following verticals: - Hospitality - Healthcare - Retail - Accounting - Home Services/Construction 2. **Determine Territory and Assign Rep:** - Use the provided state abbreviation to determine the appropriate territory and identify the assigned sales representative(s). - Handle cases where there are two representatives for a territory by implementing a round-robin assignment method. 3. **Fill in SFDC ID:** - Once the vertical and territory are identified, fill in the corresponding SFDC ID of the assigned representative. **Reps and Territories Reference:** - **Hospitality and Healthcare Reps:** - BB: 0000000000000000 - LK: 0000000000000000 - HG: 0000000000000000 - JJ: 0000000000000000 - CH: 0000000000000000 - SE: 0000000000000000 - VD: 0000000000000000 - PB: 0000000000000000 - DR: 0000000000000000 - HH: 0000000000000000 - CM: 0000000000000000 - **Retail Reps:** - NS: 0000000000000000 - BD: 0000000000000000 - CG: 0000000000000000 - BB: 0000000000000000 - SF: 0000000000000000 - **Accounting Reps:** - RS: 0000000000000000 - **Home Services/Construction Reps:** - AM: 0000000000000000 **Territory Breakdown:** - **Hospitality Territories:** - VD: LA, MS, AL, GA, FL - HG AND HH: CO, NM, OK, TX, AR, MO - JJ AND LK: WI, MI, IL, IN, OH, KY - DR AND PB: AZ, NV, UT, WA, ID, MT, WY, ND, SD, NE, KS, MN, IA - CH AND SE: OR, CA, AK, HI - CM AND BB: TN, SC, NC, VA, WV, PA, DC, MD, DE, NJ, NY, CT, MA, RI, NH, VT, ME - **Retail Territories:** - NS: AK, HI, NM, CO, WY, MT, WA, ID, OR, CA, NV, UT, AZ - BD: ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX, MN, IA, MO, AR, WI, IL - BB: LA, MS, AL, GA, FL, SC, NC, VA, WV, KY, TN - CG AND SF: MI, IN, OH, PA, DC, MD, DE, NJ, NY, VT, NH, MA, CT, RI, ME - **Accounting Territory:** - RS: Whole Country - **Home Services/Construction Territory:** - AM: Whole Country **End of Instructions** Ensure that you process each lead accurately and efficiently, maintaining a clear record of assignments for future reference.

To implement a round-robin lead assignment system in Clay, here's how you can set it up:1. Use the "Distribute Leads Round Robin" enrichment from Clay's enrichment search bar. 2. For the setup, you'll need: ā€¢ Input your sales reps' names or identifiers as Assignment Labels (comma-separated) ā€¢ Add corresponding Salesforce IDs or other identifiers as Values Associated with Labels (ensure equal number and matching order) 3. For territory-based routing, you can: ā€¢ Create separate round-robin distributions for each vertical/territory combination ā€¢ Use filters or views to segment your leads before applying the round-robin assignment 4. The enrichment will output: ā€¢ Label: Assigned team member ā€¢ Value: Associated identifier (like Salesforce ID) ā€¢ Raw Counter: Position in the rotationFor more complex distributions with different rep weights or territory rules, consider using the Weighted Round Robin option instead of the standard version. To set up territory-based round-robin lead assignment in Clay:1. Use the "Distribute Leads Round Robin" enrichment from the enrichment search bar. 2. For each vertical and territory combination: ā€¢ Create separate round-robin distributions ā€¢ Input the relevant sales reps as Assignment Labels (comma-separated) ā€¢ Add their corresponding Salesforce IDs as Values Associated with Labels 3. Use filters or views to segment your leads by: ā€¢ Vertical (Hospitality, Retail, Accounting, etc.) ā€¢ State/territory groupings 4. The enrichment will output: ā€¢ Label: Assigned sales rep ā€¢ Value: Their Salesforce ID ā€¢ Raw Counter: Position in rotationFor territories with multiple reps (like HG and HH for CO, NM, OK, TX, AR, MO), you can use the standard round-robin to evenly distribute leads between them.
