Hi all, we are experiencing issues with our credits. I reached out to support via chat but have not received a response. Could someone please reach out to us to resolve the current issue and purchase additional credits?

To purchase additional credits:
1. Go to Workspace Settings > Plans and Billing > Purchase Credits
2. Select the amount needed and click Continue
The credits will be added to your balance instantly without changing your plan or billing cycle.
If you're experiencing a specific issue with your credits (like a renewal delay), it might take 1-2 hours for credits to appear in your account after a transaction.
You can check your remaining credits by going to Settings > Plans and Billing, where they'll be listed under your plan.
