LeadIQ Integration: Troubleshooting Missing Work Emails in Clay Tables

hej team, I have setup an integration with LeadIQ. When trying to enrich a profile with the work email, sometimes LeadIQ doesn't return the email, even though I can find it in the LeadIQ extension. After manually clicking 'unlock' it finds the email. About 30% of the time it returns the email in my clay table correctly, the rest is available, but I have to get this manually. https://app.clay.com/workspaces/315317/tables/t_83Rkb6q9MTxY/views/gv_xuYuhTSnisj2 Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi Ilja, thanks for reaching out. Can you clarify what you mean by "manually unlock" the emails? I see that often leadIQ returns work emails and personal emails - these will be categorized under different properties. If you could send me any screenshots or videos that would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!

    Hi Ilja, thanks for reaching out! I'm checking to see if this could be a bug with our LeadIQ integration since the entire column returned not found. I've escalated this over to our engineering team and we'll let you know as soon as we know more!

    Hey there, wanted to update you that we tested out the same LinkedIn URLs with our Clay test key and were able to find all of the people and their emails. This means the issue is with your API key. Which pricing tier are you on? Can you verify if you are using the correct API key and if it has enough credits for this enrichment?

    Hej Tanvi, I was testing with a free account (currently with Seamless). It used to work, and I still have credits, so don't know exactly what went wrong in this case (you can see that it found profiles before) I am considering switching from Seamless to LeadIQ, but wanted to find out the % of emails that it will find based on Name, Company Name and Personal LI profile. Thanks for the great support, as always 🙂

    I have upgraded my account to Pro, double checked the API Key, and also tried to add the enrichment to another table. No luck. It doesn't find the contacts at all anymore. Any suggestions?

    Hey there Ilja, jumping for Tanvi real quick, what is the tier that your LeadIQ account is on, this seems to be the source of the accuracy issues you are experiencing.
