Waterfalls can consume credits even with conditions because multiple providers run when emails are found but fail validation. The waterfall continues until a valid email is found or all providers are exhausted - if validation fails, the next provider runs automatically. To check what happened, unhide the validation columns in your Columns Panel to see the detailed validation steps. You'll only be charged for providers that find data - failed attempts should be refunded. If you need further help troubleshooting this specific waterfall, request human assistance by clicking "Talk to a person."
